Hello! I am Lauren. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Yoga Instructor. I graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Psychology and BA in Religion. I completed an MS in Community Psychology from Florida A&M University. In my over 12 years experience, I have worked with all age groups in a variety of settings.
